Monthly rentals in Antibes — a month in the old town, not a week
A week in Old Antibes is a holiday. A month is a life: the baker knows your order, the market becomes your kitchen, the ramparts become your evening walk. Our seven houses are private homes inside the walls, restored by us and rented whole — and below this page, every period of three weeks or more still free across them, as far as our calendar is open.

People who work from anywhere and would rather do it with the sea at the end of the street. Couples between two chapters, giving themselves time rather than a trip. Families on a long break, and those who simply prefer the town when it is quiet. What they share is the wish to live in the old town rather than visit it — and a house that holds up to daily life, not just to a week of holiday.
Which houses hold up for a month
Every house has a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine and a dryer, air conditioning in each room, heating and high-speed fibre Wi-Fi in every house. Six of the seven have a dedicated workspace: Baieta, Pantai, Marina, Regina, VistaMar and Soleiha.
For two, BenEstre lives on one level around its own private garden. Marina is almost single-level, with its own door on the ramparts walk. For a family or two couples, Baieta and Pantai sleep six in three en-suite bedrooms. Which house is right for you goes through all seven.
What changes past three and four weeks
From fourteen nights, a weekly clean with fresh bed linen and towels is included. From four weeks, our long-stay offer applies: it is already included in the price you see when you open a stay below — nothing to ask for, nothing to negotiate. One thing changes in the other direction: for stays of one month or longer, electricity and heating are not included in the rental price, as set out in our booking conditions.
You can book up to 60 nights online. For longer, write to us at contact@absoluty.com and we will prepare a personal quote.
Antibes from October to April
Out of summer, the old town belongs to the people who live in it. The Provençal market under its covered hall opens every morning except Monday, the Picasso Museum stays open, the cafés on the squares keep their terraces, and the coastal path around the Cap d'Antibes is yours on a weekday. Days are usually mild and clear, and Nice, Cannes and Monaco are a short train ride away. A guest who stayed three weeks one winter wrote it down for us: Three weeks in Antibes in winter. Working while you are here? A remote-work week in Antibes.
Free for three weeks or more
Every period of 20 nights or more still free, all seven houses, whatever the season, as far ahead as our calendar is open. Open a stay to see its price for your dates — and shorten it as you like.
