One of Old Antibes' rarest luxuries — a private garden beneath a lemon tree, hidden behind its own entrance.
One en-suite bedroom, an open living and dining space with its modern kitchen — and, through the double windows, the rarest luxury of the old town: a private garden of your own, reached beneath a lemon tree along a path lined with lavender and strelitzia.
The film
Inside Maison BenEstre
Antibes first — the headland between its two towers, the waterfront where the town stops, the lane along the garden wall — then the courtyard behind its blue doors, and the garden at dusk. Our own photographs, set in motion. No film crew came. How our films are made.
01
The living room
Opening onto the garden
The 16 m² east-facing living and dining room keeps its soft light all day, two large double windows opening directly onto the private terrace. A two-seater sofa and a designer table for two on original travertine.
02
The garden
A private haven in the old town
Thirty square metres of sunny private garden — dining table with four armchairs, a comfortable lounge set and a Weber barbecue. In Old Antibes, nothing is rarer than eating outside in your own garden.
03
The kitchen
Compact, complete
An entirely new open kitchen with Siemens appliances — oven, microwave, induction, dishwasher — plus washer and dryer, Venetta cabinetry and a white granite countertop.
04
The bedroom
A suite onto the terrace
The 14 m² bedroom opens its double windows onto the private terrace — a 140×200 Black Label bed, two integrated wardrobes, and an en-suite with black granite basin, teak cabinet and walk-in shower against exposed stone.
05
The entrance
Beneath the lemon tree
A private entrance from Rue du Marc: guests pass beneath the lemon tree and follow a secluded path lined with lavender and strelitzia, leading straight to the terrace and garden.

Incredible oasis in the heart of Antibes old town. We have stayed in various areas but this has been our favourite so far.10 minute walk to the station, everything else is 10 minutes by taxi. Fantastic restaurants, Boulangeries outside and ice cream shops dangerously close. The garden space was an amazing addition and apartment is modern and clean. We were allowed an earlier check in due to arrival, and the hosts were very accommodating on our last day when we had a medical emergency. Extremely helpful, can’t wait to be back.

The amenities were fantastic. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen are well equipped and have new furniture. The apartment was clean and looked very modern.Location-wise, it's right in the old town area, a few minutes walk from everything there is to see in Antibes (including the beach)We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely visit again.

We stayed at this place for almost a week and we had a very enjoyable stay. The location was amazing, walking distance to everything, near bars and restaurants yet very quiet and tucked away. It was 30+ degrees when we were there so the air conditioning made it. The apartment was thoughtfully kitted out - beach towels, umbrella, detergent, dishwasher tablets and everything you needed for cooking. The host was very responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we will be back.

We had an absolutely amazing time here and would stay again 100%. The instructions for both check-in and check out were perfectly clear, and the host was incredibly responsive. The location is perfect and we love the cute little outdoor courtyard. Absolutely amazing place to stay!

We loved our stay in this sweet apartment in the heart of Antibes. It's walking distance to everything including the train station, which is how we arrived. The home is freshly remodeled with a very contemporary style. The A/C was a huge plus since we hit a heat wave during our visit. The outdoor area is extremely private, and useable. The home has everything you would think you need include a lively welcome gift of wine and treats. I've already recommended this home to a friend, and if and when we return, it will be to this home. From what I can see, any home you rent out via Absolutly Antibes, will be a gem.

This is a very good residence right in the heart of Antibe's old town. The location is excellent - 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the station, 2 minutes to some of Antibe's best restaurants. It's pretty quiet, comfortable, and clean. The shower is excellent. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Why we chose this house
A garden in Old Antibes — under a lemon tree, behind its own door. In more than ten years here, we had almost never seen one. BenEstre is small, single-level and perfect for two: the house we chose with our hearts, for guests who travel the same way.
