An entirely new 10 m² kitchen with clean contemporary lines, fully equipped with Siemens appliances — oven, microwave, induction hobs, dishwasher — plus Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and every utensil a family dinner could ask for.

A 17 m² suite with a 160×200 double bed in Black Label bedding and its own dressing room. The en-suite bathroom pairs a white lacquer double vanity and walk-in shower with large-format cement-tile walls over original travertine.

A beautifully renovated game room in the basement, its historic vaulted arch carefully highlighted. Table football included — an ideal retreat for children and adults alike on a slow afternoon.
