One of the most beautiful sea-view terraces in Old Antibes, jacuzzi included — atop a 17th-century house on three levels.
Three en-suite bedrooms unfold across the levels of a 17th-century house, around a spacious living room that opens straight onto the sea and a large contemporary kitchen made for gathering. Outside, the generous sea-view terrace and its jacuzzi hold the Cap d’Antibes in one uninterrupted line — a rare indoor-outdoor way of living in the heart of Old Antibes.

01
The terrace
A front-row seat over the Cap d’Antibes
Twenty-four square metres open to nothing but sea — the jacuzzi at one end, the Cap d’Antibes drawing the horizon. From the loungers, the sea-view terrace feels less like a balcony than the deck of a boat anchored above Old Antibes.
02
The living room
Seventeenth-century bones, Mediterranean light
Old travertine underfoot, a 17th-century French ceiling overhead — and between the two, a Roche-Bobois corner sofa and a Noguchi table turned toward the water. A wide glass door slides the room straight onto the terrace, so inside and outside read as one.
03
The kitchen
Made for slow mornings and long dinners
White Veneta cabinetry, granite worktops and full Siemens equipment give the 23 m² kitchen the ease of a much larger house. Six Calligaris stools gather at the light-wood table — market produce from the Cours Masséna, two minutes away, does the rest.
04
Master bedroom I
Waking up to the Mediterranean
The principal suite faces the open sea: king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, private bathroom, and the first-light view the whole house is arranged around. Travertine and quiet neutral tones keep the room cool and serene at the height of summer.
05
Master bedroom II
The quiet side, with the sauna a step away
On the calm Rue de la Tourraque side, the second suite is the most intimate room of the house — double bed, en-suite bathroom, and the private indoor sauna, so rare in the old town, just outside the door.
06
Master bedroom III
Above the rooftops of Old Antibes
Tucked into the upper level, the third suite frames the ramparts and the terracotta roofs. Fitted storage, its own bathroom and a little distance from the living spaces make it the most peaceful corner of the house.

Wonderful property in the heart of Old Antibes. The house was perfect for our family and the patio views were spectacular. Easy check-in / out process and great communication throughout.

The house was perfect, in a lovely area of Old Antibes, yet quiet and very well appointed. The air conditioning made a big difference to our holiday! I would strongly recommend this place and Henri and Maggy are excellent hosts.

Felt right at home! This Airbnb was 100% the best location you could find in Old Town Antibes. Had a walking path right off the back of the house that takes you everywhere you want to go. Was our first time in Antibes and wanted a smaller town in the French Rivera, and this was perfect! We didn’t run out of things to do & see. We spent most of the nights on terrace grilling and hanging out, it was a really special spot. Plus just steps away from the market, beaches, and many great restaurants/ shopping.Make sure to keep the sound down after 8pm for quiet hours in Old Town!

We stayed in Antibes as a family with three teenagers. The layout of the rooms, each with its own bathroom, was ideal for everyone's independence. Centrally located, everything was easily reachable on foot. It was like village life right in the center. The terrace wasn't very large, and the jacuzzi cost extra. There were many stairs, and the kitchen wasn't on the same floor as the living room/terrace. The accommodation was of a good standard, and the shower worked perfectly. (Translated by Google)

We had a perfect week. The house is beautiful, with the most spectacular view. 5 star quality within ,with lovely touches everywhere. Nothing was missing. Wine and nibbles on arrival. Thomas met us,helped with cases. Charming, informative and available if we needed anything.Location is heart of Old town. Market, restaurants, and shops all very near and walkable. But once in the house at night was quiet and peaceful. One of the loveliest AIR Bnb we have stayed in and we have been to many. Wouldnt hesitate coming back. Thankyou to Henri and Maggy for hosting us😊

Maggy and Henri truly made our Christmas! After we arrived in Antibes to a bad VRBO situation, they accepted our last-minute booking request, and when we checked in, Maison Baieta was sparkling clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas, including a tree in the living room (shout-out to Tómas, who got everything ready). The apartment is big, uncluttered, and tastefully decorated. And the view! The location is wonderful: right off the ramparts, the Marché Provençal is one block away, and the small beaches are just a few minutes' walk in either direction, as is everything in Old Town. One thing travellers might note is that some Uber drivers will not (due to passes, permits, or fees?) drive deep into Old Town, but we were able to get picked up a few blocks away (just sharing what we learned for others, in case it is helpful). I would give this listing more than five stars if I could, and we have already decided to return next year. Merci beaucoup, Maggy and Henri!

We had a lovely 5 nights at Henri & Maggy's place! The host was very friendly, and check-in went smoothly. They had everything we needed during our stay, and the Antibes station was within walking distance! The humidity was hot, but the local market was so close that we always went for fresh produce shopping while we stayed at the place. You can have your epicurean meals with fresh-cut ham, cheese, and fruits every day! We made dinner or lunch for our family almost every day! Our family had unforgettable memories that we will remember forever, and we hope to be back soon! 🇫🇷❤️

This place was as lovely as the pictures indicate. Beautiful view and well maintained home.Antibes was a charming location. We had thought about staying at Nice or Cannes and so glad we wound up in Antibes. Could walk everywhere and great area to relax in with everything you could want.
Why we chose this house
The first time we stepped onto this terrace, we stopped talking. The Cap d’Antibes was right there, filling the horizon, and we understood that everything else — the three levels, the 17th-century ceilings — would be built around that view. Baieta is the house we bring people to when we want to explain why we fell in love with Old Antibes.
