In our guests' words

Great experience. Everything was as expected and as advertised on the website. Beautiful decorations and very clean. Also the greater who met us at the door was great. Very responsive and explained everything very clearly.

Henri and Maggy's apartment is superb. Location in old Antibes with a view of the water and the promenade by the sea could not have been better. Small balcony great for morning coffee in the sun. Washer AND dryer were a welcome luxury. Quiet. Only one flight of stairs, modern, renovated 2 BR, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, well stocked kitchen, comfortable stylish furnishings. Bathrooms are very small. Two short blocks to almost daily outdoor market. As disclosed not convenient with a car because apartment is in a pedestrian only zone. We easily got a cab to train. AirBnb communication with hosts was prompt and very cordial. They did require extra layers of technology which we found a bit burdensome. One ap to download to communicate with house minder meeting us with keys and a separate web link to get house information prior to check in. Print instructions were available in apartment. They were fully booked so no flexibility on check in. A jewel of an apt. We would gladly rent it again.

I think this was the perfect stay in old town Antibes. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted with ease. The view from the balcony was lovely. The four of us would stay up enjoying food and wine on the balcony most nights. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the kitchen was nicely equipped. Everything about the communication from Maggy and Henri was so nice too. I found their whole online presence to be aesthetically appealing and easy to use, as well as super helpful for our stay. They gave great recommendations and we got to have a fun Pilates session with Maggy one morning. I will definitely come back to Antibes and stay at another property of Maggy and Henri’s :)

We spent an absolutely blissful three weeks The Regina. The apartment is immaculate and very easy to navigate with everything you could need to cook, rest and relax. We loved the deck and spent many very happy hours enjoying the sunsets with a glass of wine. The bedrooms are exceptionally comfortable with gorgeous linens and new, pristine mattresses. Blackout curtains too meant perfect sleep. The Regina is centrally located near absolutely everything but somehow still is quiet and peaceful. We loved our time in this very special paradise and plan to return perhaps next year.Fabulous spot!

A wonderful experience with excellent communication, service, and an absolutely incredible and unforgettable stay. The view was unbeatable, and the decor and comfort couldn't have been better. I will definitely return. Thank you to the entire team. (Translated by Google)

This is our happy place. The apartment, the terrace, the location!! It's exactly what we were looking for. We've been 3 years in a row - unheard of for us, so that tells you everything!

Whole heartedly the best air b&b we have stayed in and we have stayed in a lot through out the world. We loved everything about it, spotlessly clean, beautiful linen, everything you could possibly want was there. Modern appliances, gorgeous bathrooms and full of style. We even decided to cook two of our 5 nights with having a bbq on the roof top. Markets 2 minutes walk away in the square that offers delicious fruit/veges/meat, you name it. This property really is exquisite. Thanks for having us, we will be back.

Henri was very responsive and helpful for any issues that arose during our stay

We have visited Maison Baieta 5 years in a row. It is an exceptional apartment in a perfect location. Henri and Maggie are always generous and kind hosts who take pride in their properties and love to share Antibes

We had a great time staying here! As a heads up the checkout process does require a very short walk to drop off keys and Ubers cannot access the road you need to go on so best to plan roughly ten minutes for that process. Excellent host, would highly recommend this air bnb

Linda and I have been traveling with our two friends, Greg and Tina, for more than three decades. Linda and I have been to France a dozen times and to different towns in the Cote d'Azur three times. The town of Antibes was by far our favorite, due in large part to the location and accomodations at Maison Marina. It was unquestionably our favorite rental of all time and the only place we would consider returning to a second time, somthing we have never done before. It is simply the best. Thank you Henri and Maggy. La joie de vivre commence a Antibes!

This our second time staying at one of Henri and Maggy’s houses in Antibes and will most certainly not be the last. Each home has been immaculate while being in the best location of Antibes. The house its self was beautiful, clean, with updated amenities. The view its self was much better than what is shown on Airbnb. The only “downside” was that the place was much smaller in person than what was shown online. Outside of that, 10/10 stay.

We’ve now stayed in an Absoluty Antibes home for three consecutive years, and each visit has been exceptional. Every property is unique, beautifully appointed, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and memorable stay in Antibes. Our most recent stay at **Maison Marion** was a particular favourite. It was a wonderful home and the perfect base for enjoying this beautiful city. Henri and Maggie are truly outstanding hosts—warm, responsive, and attentive to every detail. Their care and thoughtfulness make each stay effortless, from the initial booking through to departure. We are already looking forward to returning to Antibes next year and, without question, staying with Absolute Antibes again.

We stayed at Maison Baieta last October, 2025, for two weeks. We loved the apartment, especially the roof deck, looking out over the water and the ramparts. Shopping at the covered market was terrific, and we bought most of our food there and in local shops unless we were eating out. There are so many good restaurants in Antibes. Great apartment, great town!

We had 6 nights in this beautifully renovated town house, with 2 comfortable ensuite bedrooms and aircon in every room which, despite being in the heart of old Antibes, was peaceful and calm. The interior was stylish and pristine with clever use of space and a well equipped modern kitchen. Outside it had the added bonus of a small but lovely terrace with dining seating for 4 and views to both the sea and the mountains. A great location close to everything there is to do in Antibes, many restaurants, shops, the sea etc etc.. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in most of the Absoluty properties in Antibes. They are all exceptional. Wonderful locations, beautiful designs and furnishings, with excellent, personal customer service from Henri. Antibes has everything, sea, beaches, Old Town, excellent restaurants and museums. We will be back again very soon.

This will be our third year staying at this appartment in Antibes, which speaks for itself. Absoluty are a very good company to deal with and their properties are excellent.

We love visiting Antibes and staying here! The hosts are very kind and thoughtful-everything that you had would want in a host. We have been coming here for the last 7 years and highly highly recommend!

Beautiful, well cared for apartment…. Great location and views of the Mediterranean. I recommend the owners and all their rental properties as the best you can get !

We stayed on the ramparts with fabulous views. Apartment was perfect for a family of four and given the outside temperature, the excellent AC was much appreciated
