More than one house
No house sleeps more than six. Groups larger than that take two or three houses at once — it is how families travel with us, and one guest took three: one for herself, one for her daughter, one for their friends.
Every bed is in a real bedroom. There are no sofa beds in any of the seven houses, so eight people means eight beds in four bedrooms — not six beds and a sofa.

A minute apart, not a compound
Maison Baieta, Maison Pantai, Maison Marina and Maison Regina are under a minute from one another. Maison VistaMar and Maison Soleiha are three minutes from the first four, and next door to each other. Maison BenEstre is seven minutes from the first four.
Maison Marina is the one house in the first group that lives on a single level — worth knowing when three generations travel together. None of these seventeenth-century buildings has a lift.
Why this is better than one large villa
Each household keeps its own front door, its own kitchen and its own hours. A villa of twenty imposes the opposite: shared bathrooms, one kitchen, a collective breakfast, and whoever wakes first waking everyone. Two houses a minute apart give you the evenings together and none of the cohabitation.
It is the one thing a single large house cannot do, and it is why families come back to us in twos and threes.
Eating together
Maison Baieta and Maison Pantai can seat up to ten people for a meal, provided everyone at the table is staying in another Absoluty Antibes house and it has been agreed in writing beforehand. Ask when you enquire, and it is confirmed with the booking.
Beyond ten, the old town is the dining room: the restaurants are a few minutes on foot, and we will tell you which ones take a table of sixteen.
Each house otherwise stays within the number of guests confirmed on its own booking. That is an insurance rule, not a formality, and it holds for a single evening too.
How to book more than one house
Each house is booked separately, on its own calendar, with its own deposit. There is no single basket for several houses — we would rather tell you that than have you discover it at checkout.

Questions
Can we rent more than one house?
Yes. Families do it regularly — two houses is the common case, three happens. Each house is booked separately, on its own calendar.
How many people can you take in total?
Thirty, across the seven houses: fifteen bedrooms and fifteen bathrooms, all within seven minutes on foot.
How far apart are the houses?
Four of them are under a minute from one another. The furthest, Maison BenEstre, is seven minutes from those four.
Are there sofa beds?
No. Every bed in every house is in a real bedroom.
Can we all eat together?
Up to ten at Maison Baieta or Maison Pantai, agreed in writing beforehand, and provided everyone is staying in an Absoluty house.
