A rare private entrance directly on the ramparts walk — four sea-view windows and a south-facing terrace suspended above the Mediterranean.
Two en-suite bedrooms, a bright living room whose four windows frame nothing but sea, and a rare terrace suspended directly above the Mediterranean — almost one hundred square metres on a single level, something Old Antibes almost never grants. The Amiral de Grasse promenade begins at your own door.
The film
Inside Maison Marina
Our own photographs of the house, set in motion — the ramparts walk, the terrace above the sea, and the rooms behind them. No film crew came. How our films are made.
01
The living room
Four windows on the sea
The 32 m² living and dining room faces south-east, its four windows filled with open sea. Roche Bobois sofa, Noguchi coffee table and Maniglier armchairs on original travertine — with a fireplace for the winter months.
02
The terrace
Directly above the water
Facing due south with no overlooking neighbours, the terrace gives the impression of standing on a deck above the Mediterranean. Teak dining table for four and an electric awning for shade on the brightest days.
03
The kitchen
Cooking with a sea view
Open to the living room, the 10 m² kitchen is fully fitted with Siemens appliances, Venetta cabinetry and a white granite countertop. A large window overlooks the garden — and the sea — while you cook.
04
Master bedroom I
The sea from the pillow
A 22 m² suite whose two windows look over the ramparts and the water — the sea is in view from the bed itself. Black granite vanity, bath, walk-in shower and generous wardrobes complete the suite.
05
Master bedroom II
Opening onto the terrace
An intimate 16 m² bedroom opening onto the terrace and the sea, with a 160×200 Black Label bed, two wardrobes and its own en-suite shower room on original travertine.

Location
On the Amiral de Grasse promenade
A rare seafront address between the Mediterranean and the old town, with direct access from the historic ramparts walk. Museums, market, cafés and both beaches are minutes away on foot — yet the house stays remarkably quiet.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is located in a wonderful location with the most amazing view of the Sea. The check in process was seamless and they were able to accommodate our request to check in a few hours early. The apartment has everything you need for any length of stay. The only opportunity I saw was the firmness of the bed. The bed was way too firm for us but that’s just a personal preference, it maybe great for other guests.

This is our third time staying at one of the Absoluty properties. We loved it! Perfect view and great space. Quiet inside even if the house is directly on the main path.Thank you!

You know that painting by Monet of Antibes? This house is right there in the picture! The location is fantastic, and every day I enter the house, I'm greeted with friendly admiration from visitors. It's convenient to everything, the flow of movement is well-organized, and the facilities are complete and easy to use. The kitchen is spotless, with plenty of utensils and seasonings. The host's feedback is prompt and clear. Thank you for your hospitality. (Translated by Google)

Wonderful, picturesque rental in a beautiful historic city. Close to everything. Opening the windows and enjoying dinner while watching the yachts was a dream every night.

Absolutely stunning house in a gorgeous environment. The views on the sea are incredible and the location is perfect for everything, close to beaches, close to restaurants, the Provençal market place and the quaint village of old Antibes. The hosts are wonderful and very responsive. Always a pleasure to stay in Antibes in one of the properties managed by Henri and Maggy. Thank you.

A beautiful, well positioned apartment where everything has been done to a really high spec and feels brand new. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean with all the basics you could need with two shower rooms with toilets plus a separate toilet and jacuzzi bath. It was our first visit to Antibes so we’re flying a little blind but lucked out with this apartment — facing the sea with views from every window along a promenade that made for peaceful walks home from the daily market or wandering around the old town/ coming back from dinner, both of which reachable in 5 minutes by foot. In between two beaches and easy to bounce from Antibes to the beaches of juan les pins or take the train up and down the coast as you wish. I travelled with a 2 nearly 3 year old and she had the time of her life!

The beautiful views and central location is complimented by the equally comfortable and well stocked house. This was our first visit to Antibes and will definitely be visiting again and will stay here! Super close to all things around and a perfect place to spend a relaxing vacation.
Why we chose this house
A house with its own door onto the ramparts walk — we didn’t think it existed. When we found Marina, almost a hundred square metres on one level above the sea, we knew it was one of those places Old Antibes only gives up once. You step out and the Mediterranean is simply there.
