Staff Operational Notifications

Who receives these messages

Absoluty Antibes operates seven serviced apartments in the old town of Antibes, France. To run them we send automated operational notifications to our own property managers and housekeeping staff.

Recipients are employees and contracted staff of Absoluty. We never send these messages to guests, customers, prospects or any purchased or third-party list. There is no marketing or promotional content of any kind on this number.

How consent is collected

Consent is given verbally and directly. When a manager or a housekeeping team member starts working with Absoluty, they provide their mobile number to us themselves, and are told at that moment that it will be used to receive operational notifications about the apartments they are responsible for — key returns, cleaning start and completion, guest check-in.

There is no public sign-up form, and no way for an outside person to be added. Numbers are entered by an administrator in Absoluty Pilot, our internal management tool, and each number is linked to the specific houses that person works on. A number is removed by the same administrator when someone stops working with us.

Receiving these notifications is a working arrangement, not a condition of employment, and anyone can ask to be removed at any time without consequence.

What the messages contain

Each message concerns one apartment and one step of the turnover between two guests. They are short, factual, and sent only when the corresponding event actually happens.

How to stop receiving them

Reply STOP to any message to be unsubscribed immediately, or ask an Absoluty administrator to remove your number from the internal tool. Both take effect at once.

Delivery

Notifications are sent over WhatsApp where possible. SMS is used only as an automatic fallback, when the WhatsApp message cannot be delivered — so that an operational alert is never silently lost.
