Its own private entrance from a quiet old-town street — and a front-row balcony over the Mediterranean and the Cap d'Antibes.
Two en-suite bedrooms, a bright east-facing living room and a well-appointed kitchen — all arranged around the house’s signature: a spacious balcony in the front row over the Mediterranean, made for long breakfasts and al-fresco dinners above the water.
Inside Maison VistaMar
Our own photographs of the house, set in motion — the bay with snow still on the Alps, the balcony with nothing between it and the sea, and the rooms that share its light. No film crew came. How our films are made.
East light, sea beyond
The 35 m² living room faces east over original travertine — three-seater sofa, aviator armchair in aged leather, tulip chair and a designer dining table for four. Glass doors open the whole room onto the sea-view balcony.
A front-row seat on the Mediterranean
Facing east to south-east, the balcony seats four for dinner above the water, the Cap d’Antibes on the horizon. A deck chair waits for slow mornings and sunset hours.
Effortless and new
An entirely new open-plan kitchen — Siemens appliances, Venetta cabinetry, white granite countertop — with Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and everything needed for a proper Riviera breakfast.
Old stone, deep calm
A 15 m² suite over Rue du Bateau with a 160×200 Black Label bed and two integrated dressing areas. Black granite basin, teak cabinetry and a large 140×90 walk-in shower against exposed historic stonework.
Discreet elegance
An intimate 12 m² bedroom with a 140×190 Black Label bed and integrated dressing. Its en-suite bathroom keeps the same language — black granite, teak, walk-in shower — under exposed old stone.
A private door on Rue du Bateau
The house has its own independent entrance from the street — a spacious hall with guest toilet, laundry room with washer and dryer, and generous storage for suitcases.
Rue du Bateau, historic triangle
In the heart of the triangle formed by the cathedral, the Picasso Museum and the Provençal market, with a private, independent entrance and a reinforced door. Gravette and Salis beaches in under five minutes on foot.

VistaMar seduced us with its front-row balcony — that feeling of being on the bow of a ship, the sea straight ahead. And its own entrance from a quiet street, which is a rare luxury inside the walls. It is the house we recommend to couples who want Antibes at their feet without giving up their independence.
