Facing south-southwest, the rooftop catches the sun from morning to sunset. Dining table for four, Weber barbecue, antique stone washbasin — and views across the sea, the Salis promenade and the terracotta roofs, Fort Carré lit up in the evening.

The 20 m² living room draws its light from two windows and a skylight, herringbone parquet meeting warm stone walls. Two Tulip armchairs and a designer table for four set a quietly elegant scene.

A brand-new open kitchen fully equipped with Bosch appliances — oven, microwave, induction, dishwasher, washer-dryer — Venetta cabinetry and white granite over antique parquet.

We had a fabulous stay at Henri and Maggy's place. From the moment we arrived we felt at home with everything we could ask for. We loved the different floors for each of our bedrooms and the kitchen with the rooftop was just great for a group like us that did a lot of cooking. The local market produce is just fabulous. Having a toilet on each floor was great. Beds very comfortable. AC very strong which we appreciated in the sweltering heat. The apartment is finished to a very high level - there is a nice blend of original features an high tech. I could just stay there for months :) Coming out of the apartment with the sea to the right and the market and old town Antibes is a dream. We didn't hear one horn, one scooter the whole time we were there. Beach a short walk. I could go on! Thanks very much for an amazing stay and a great experience. 11/10 :)

This is a gem. It’s in old Antibes and close to everything. The unit was very comfortable! We stayed here with our two teenage girls. There was a lovely place within a 20 minute walk to rent small sailboats. Every morning we walked 1 minute to a beautiful market and buy our breakfast. I would stay here again!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Henri & Maggy’s home in the heart of Antibes’ Old Town. The apartment exceeded our expectations and truly felt like a home away from home.The unique five-level layout, topped by a beautiful rooftop terrace, made our stay unforgettable. Watching both the sunrise and sunset from the terrace was a highlight. The apartment was spacious, beautifully maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.The location is outstanding, with beaches, restaurants, cafés, and boutiques all within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Henri & Maggy were excellent hosts.We highly recommend this home to families and anyone who appreciates the authentic atmosphere of the French Riviera. Antibes is a fantastic destination, only 30 minutes from Nice Airport and about a 15-minute walk from the railway station.

What a wonderful house this is. It is on five levels which won’t suit a lot of people but we loved it. Fabulous bedrooms with beautiful en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen which is well stocked with pots and pans leads to a staircase to the balcony overlooking the bay which was lovely for breakfast and dinner.We didn’t want to come home. Not many times I’m on holiday and say that.

First of all - the photographs do not do justice to the property. The accommodation is stunning, the attention to detail excellent and the fit and finish of the whole building is superb. It really is a lovely place to stay. The rooms where fresh and clean (and cool thanks to air con), toilets on every floor including the kitchen - which is handy if you're enjoying drinks on the lovely roof terrace (from which there are outstanding views of the coast). En-suites to both bedrooms are also first class.It's also in a perfect location - literally 100 yards in both directions to either the sea front promenade or the bustling main street, where you'll find numerous cafe's, bars, restaurants and the daily market. It's also around 20 minutes walk to the train station where you can enjoy fast trips to Cannes, Nice, Monaco and everywhere in between.Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave - but we will definitely be back!Highly recommended!

We loved our stay, the place was beautifully finished and had everything we needed (and more!). From check in to check out the support was clear, proactive and very helpful. The location was ideal, near the water, bars and restaurants but still calm, and the roof terrace was such a bonus to have. We would come back time and again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We were a group of four and were truly impressed by how beautifully Maison Soleiha has been designed. The interiors are elegant, tasteful, and full of character, with a perfect balance of style and comfort.The sea view from the terrace was a real highlight of our stay. It brought so much charm and serenity to the whole experience and made every moment feel even more special. In the evening, we could even see Fort Carré lit up in blue, white, and red from the terrace, which was a lovely and memorable touch. The location in Old Antibes is also wonderful, allowing you to enjoy the charm of the town while staying in such a refined and peaceful home.We would happily recommend Maison Soleiha to anyone looking for a stylish and memorable escape in Antibes!

This was our second stay in an ABSOLUTY ANTIBES property, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. We spent 3 nights at Maison Soleiha at the end of March 2026 and loved every minute.The house is beautiful, warm, and incredibly comfortable, with a stylish yet relaxed atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. One of our favorite moments was enjoying a glass of wine on the terrace while taking in the sea view — truly unforgettable.A heartfelt thank you to Maggy and Henri for another perfect stay.
