Maison Regina — hero, holiday rental in Old Antibes

Three levels of a 17th-century building crowned by a rare rooftop terrace — its views running uninterrupted to the Cap d'Antibes.

Two en-suite bedrooms across three levels of a 17th-century building, a bright open-plan living space — and, at the top of a marble staircase, a spectacular south-facing rooftop where the Mediterranean and the Cap d’Antibes run uninterrupted to the horizon. In the old town, a terrace like this is a small miracle.

The film

Inside Maison Regina

Our own photographs of the house, set in motion — the walled town from across the water, the table on the roof, and the staircase that climbs to it. No film crew came. How our films are made.

01
The terrace

A rooftop above the Mediterranean

Full southern exposure and no overlooking neighbours — the terrace feels like the deck of a boat above the sea and the Cap d’Antibes. Dining table for four, outdoor sofa, Weber gas barbecue and outdoor shower.

02
The living room

Bright, calm, connected to the roof

The 30 m² south-east living room fills with natural light, a marble staircase linking it directly to the sea-view terrace. Comfortable sofa, two Noguchi tables and a white tempered-glass dining table for four.

03
The kitchen

Calacatta and clean lines

An entirely new open-plan kitchen with Siemens appliances, Venetta cabinetry and a white Calacatta countertop — Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and full utensils included, on original travertine.

04
Master bedroom I

Twenty-eight square metres of calm

A generous 28 m² suite with a 160×200 Black Label bed, dressing area, olive-green lacquered TV cabinet and a vanity table doubling as a desk. Double white-lacquer vanity, large walk-in shower and marble walls in the bathroom.

05
Master bedroom II

Over the quiet side of the old town

A serene 16 m² bedroom overlooking Rue de la Tourraque, with a 160×200 Black Label bed, built-in wardrobe and an en-suite shower room with spacious walk-in shower on original travertine.

06
The entrance

A 17th-century address

The entrance opens directly onto Rue de la Tourraque, in a carefully maintained 17th-century building — no lift, as tradition dictates in the old town, and an armoured door for peace of mind.

Location

In the historic triangle

On Rue de la Tourraque, at the heart of the triangle formed by the cathedral, the Picasso Museum and the Provençal market. Façade renovated in 2023; Gravette and Salis beaches under five minutes on foot.

Fantastic apartment with an incredible roof terrace with great views. Very helpful host who replaced the parasol quickly when it broke and also replaced the kitchen knives after we pointed out that they were dull. We would happily return to this gem of an apartment in the middle of the Old Town of Antibes. (Translated by Google)

Stayed for a week with our 10 month old and enjoyed every minute! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable layout in the perfect location in old town. We loved walking to the market in the morning and spending our evenings on the terrace watching the sun set.

This was one of our best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. The townhouse is spacious, clean and comfortable. The photos are a true representation of what the space looks like. Our hosts were very efficient and effective in their communications. At check in time, we were met by the building manager who gave us detailed instructions. We couldn’t ask for a better location. The beds were comfortable and there was a generous amount of storage in the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. We really enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Wonderful home in a great location, 100m from the market in old town Antibes and with a great sea view. What is most noticeable is the very high-quality remodel, with excellent showers, TVs, appliances and A/C if needed.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Maison Regina. The apartment was great, had everything we needed and the location is so central. The roof terrace is lovely and we ate all our meals there. Check-in/check-out and communication were fast, helpful and good. This is the third time we have rented from Henri & Maggie (and not the last) highly recommended 🤩 (Translated by Google)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable beds. Would be nice to have two small comfortable chairs for guests who might stay to watch a film or sports game rather than the dining chairs. Will be happy to recommend. Thanks

Fantastic accommodation in a fantastic location. The roof terrace is a great place to relax with stunning views over the bay. Location is great for the old town and beaches. Would definetey recommend and are planning to return as soon as possible

Why we chose this house

What decided us was the staircase: you climb through three centuries of stone and suddenly the roof opens onto the whole bay. A private rooftop in the heart of the old town is a small miracle — Regina had one, facing due south. We couldn’t let it go to anyone else.
