Designed for outdoor living from morning to evening, the terrace enjoys full southern exposure and is bathed in sunlight throughout the day. It is furnished with a dining table for four, a comfortable outdoor sofa with coffee table, a Weber gas barbecue, and an outdoor shower.
With no overlooking neighbors, the terrace offers uninterrupted views over the sea and the Cap d’Antibes. The sensation is truly unique — as if you were aboard a boat, suspended above the Mediterranean.

A bright living space opening onto the terrace
The 30 m² living room enjoys a south-east exposure, filling the space with natural light throughout the day. A marble staircase leads directly to the large sea-view terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.
Original travertine flooring and a contemporary design blend effortlessly with the historic character of the building. The space is furnished with a comfortable sofa, two Noguchi coffee tables, and a sofa pouf.
A white tempered glass dining table allows comfortable dining for four guests. The living room is also equipped with a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, completing this refined and relaxed living area.

A contemporary open kitchen designed for everyday comfort
The open-plan kitchen is entirely new and designed in a clean, contemporary style. It is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, including an oven and microwave, four induction hobs, an Italian extractor hood, a refrigerator with integrated three-drawer freezer, and a dishwasher.
A Nespresso© coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and a complete range of kitchen utensils are provided. Kitchen furniture is by Venetta, with a white Calacatta countertop adding a refined finish. Original travertine flooring completes the space.
