The 16 m² living and dining room enjoys an east-facing exposure, bringing soft natural light throughout the day. Original travertine flooring and a contemporary décor blend seamlessly with the historic character of the building.
The space is furnished with a comfortable two-seater sofa and a coffee table, alongside a designer dining table seating two guests. A 42-inch television is provided, along with high-speed fiber internet and a dedicated professional Wi-Fi router, ensuring excellent connectivity.

The open-plan kitchen is entirely new and designed in a clean, contemporary style. It is fully equipped with Siemens appliances, including an oven and microwave, four induction hobs, an Italian extractor hood, a refrigerator with integrated freezer, and a dishwasher.
