The 24 m² space, facing south-east, connects directly to the 24 m² sea-view terrace, creating 50 m² of open living with uninterrupted Mediterranean views.
Original travertine flooring, contemporary furnishings by Roche Bobois, a Noguchi coffee table, and Maniglier armchairs blend seamlessly with the historic character of the building.
A 164 cm flat-screen TV (ADSL & Netflix Premium), high-speed Wi-Fi, stereo system, and a fireplace for winter evenings complete the space.
The terrace
A suspended space between sea and sky.
Facing due south, the terrace is bathed in sunlight from morning to evening. Designed as an extension of the living space, it offers a rare sense of openness and privacy.
The terrace features a five-person ClairAzur© hot tub, a round teak dining table with six chairs, a sofa with coffee table and a Weber gas barbecue. With no overlooking neighbors, the view opens fully onto the sea and the Cap d’Antibes, creating the feeling of being on a boat.

LOCATION
Located on Rue de la Tourraque, the property sits at the center of Old Antibes’ historic triangle, between Notre-Dame-de-la-Platea Cathedral, the Picasso Museum, and the Provençal Market.
Set within a 17th-century Antibes building, the entrance opens directly onto Rue de la Tourraque, immediately revealing the charm and character of the Old Town. The façade was carefully renovated in 2017. The building has no lift, in keeping with its historic nature, and is secured by an electronic access system. The apartment itself features an armored entrance door.
The location is ideal for exploring Antibes on foot, from its landmark museums and historic streets to its boutiques, art galleries, cafés, and restaurants. The Old Town is both lively and refined, appreciated for its elegant atmosphere and cultural richness.
