Le long des remparts

1- The "Quai des Milliardaires"

Antibes is home to some of the world's largest and most exclusive mega yachts, including Dilbar (the largest private yacht in the world by volume). Kingdom 5KR (featured in the James Bond movie, Never Say Never Again) is also moored in Port Vauban. Although visitors are no longer allowed on the Quai des Milliardaires, many do stroll along the top of ramparts near the Quai to get a birds’ eye view of these superyachts.

2- "The Nomade"

This large sculpture is constructed of large metallic alphabet letters in the form of a head and torso of a man and was created by Spanish artist Jaume Plensa. Overlooking the port of Antibes, this artwork (part of the permanent collection of the Picasso Museum) was installed in 2007 and has become a symbol of Antibes and attracts many visitors.

3 - L'esplanade du Pre-aux-Pecheurs

The event space sits between the historic ramparts of Antibes and Port Vauban. This location features manyevents during the year including carnivals, the Christmas Market, the Antique and Art Fair, and various artist markets.

There is also an area to play Petanque on this square. Under the esplanade is a large parking garage which includes both daily or weekly rates.
